Skoolam’s first project went live in April 2024, starting with 200+ underprivileged children whose families migrated from Bengal, Bihar, Jodhpur, and Madhya Pradesh in search of livelihood.

Skoolam’s first project went live in April 2024, starting with 200+ underprivileged children whose families migrated from Bengal, Bihar, Jodhpur, and Madhya Pradesh in search of livelihood. Most parents work as daily-wage labourers and vegetable vendors, striving to make ends meet.
Although many resources for free education are available, the literacy levels remained low due to lack of awareness, poor hygiene, and weak health conditions. The dropout rate among children aged 14 and above is particularly high, mainly due to financial instability and limited skill development. Many youth end up taking small jobs far from their dreams and aspirations.

Mid-Day Meal Program
In collaboration with Shree Ram Ratan Foundation, we ensure that every child receives a nutritious meal for a healthy body and active mind.
Value Education – Bal Vihar
Conducted in collaboration with Chinmaya Mission, these daily sessions instill moral values, discipline, and a positive outlook on life by story telling from ancient Hindu scriptures.
Swawlamb Program
Designed for children aged 14+, this program focuses on skill-building, financial independence, and career guidance.
Digital Literacy Program
Introduced to equip students with basic computer and internet skills, helping them navigate the modern world and explore new opportunities.
Festive Celebrations
Every festival is celebrated with joy and togetherness promoting unity, cultural awareness, and emotional connection within our Skoolam.
Hygiene Awareness Program
A program where skoolam identified the major’ Gaps related to their hygiene and causing frequent Infections and fevers among students, which includes bad habits fo not trimming nails, no use of undergarments, Lice shampoos, handkerchiefs, combs, oils, toothpaste, brushes.
